Q: What made you want to be an MMA fighter?
A: I started wanting to fight after watching one of the greatest champions in Ultimate Fighting Championship history and one of the early innovators in mixed martial arts, Ken Shamrock versus Joyce Gracie.
Q: What are your future MMA goals?
A: I am currently the XFC Bantamweight champion and am excited to fight in Strikeforce. My next goal will be attaining the WEC belt.

A: I want to continue to train and fight. I constantly want to improve my skills. One day I hope to open my own school.

Q: What made you want to get BIG?
A: I began lifting weights because I was tired of being the "small guy" around all my friends. I would take Nox Edge and lift weights after school. I kept with the program daily. Now look at me.
Q: What advice would you give to beginners?
A: To get something done you have to DO IT, not just say over and over... "I'm going to start soon", DO IT, and if you really care, then you will stay consistent and achieve your goals in time, just don't give up.
